This four story, 20 room, 4,500 sqaure foot home/Spring office complex is located on ten acres of wooded land 15 minutes east of the new Austin airport in the Cedar Creek area near Highway 71 and Highway 21 West. Situated in a secluded setting, the home/office/visitor center is surrounded by meadows, creeks, and pastures. The ground cover is a mixture of mesquite, oak, and cedar trees.

Inside, the house has three bedrooms with walk in closets and attached baths, three and a half bathrooms total, a laundry room with a chute from the master bedroom, and eight combination office/guest rooms including an observatory/massage room. There are sixteen rooms total plus the four bathrooms, totaling 15 rooms.

You can take a pleasant walk down to Cedar Creek, a year round stream, from the house, or stroll though meadows and pastures. The area is very scenic.

This is not your suburban typical house, it is a country lovers paradise and Internet hotwired virtual community center in an area with woods, meadows, and pecan tree lined creeks.

The first floor of the house is a storage area with 1,536 square feet of storage in addtion to the 2,750 square feet of floor area on the second, third and fourth floors. The living room has a 14 foot cathedral ceiling with a satellite dish hookup and is located next to the kitchen at the front entrance to the house.

Bathrooms adjoin each bedroom and there is a guest bathroom off the living room.

The kitchen features tile counters and a breakfast nook. And there is a laundry room with a laundry chute from the master bedroom.

The observatory/massage room/comm center constitutes the entire fourth floor and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. At night, you can see the radio towers on Bee Caves in the distance.

There are three extra rooms on the third floor where the master bedroom is located. One these rooms is being used as an exercise room, and the other two are used as offices.

The home features hallways on the second and third floors with an octagonal window at the top of the stairs from the second to the third floor.

The house is zoned for dual heating and air. The third and fourth floors share a system as the fourth floor consists of a single room. The A/C system on the second floor has a five year warranty and was just installed. The home features BSR electronic switches with dimmers installed in most rooms.
