But, since must refugees will not drag their scanners around, I'd think of something like:
"XXXXXX Family of XXXXXXXville
Last seen on XXXXXXXXXXXXXX in XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Does anybody have information?
Please contact XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX at XXXXXXXXXXX ."
(Hmh, reminds me of the notes people put on the ruins of their houses after WWII, writing with coal on walls that they are okay and left for some other place, etc.)
