Free Speech, the Constitution, and Privacy in Cyberspace - -
Corporations, universities, and government agencies interested in
implementing privacy policies regarding e-mail, personnel, marketing,
e-commerce, etc., face a host of bewildering legal rules and conflicting
advice. This tutorial will give background on the legal environment of
privacy in the public and private workplace, and will offer practical
advice to administrators faced with adopting and implementing a privacy
policy.
