Cooking shows abound on tv, not just Emeril. Lately, there's John
Cleese's wine show. He recently discussed the three basic red wines
( Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir).
And Martha Stewart has moved to reruns. There's also Iron Chef. And
lots more.

They had a cooking segment on CBS Sunday morning today. They showed how to make great cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving and they had a segment on "high tech" food served at a couple of Chicago restaurants. Pretty amazing.
