HAARP will be conducting a test on March 7th around 2230 CST at
6.99MHz. There will be a carrier sent during the first five minutes
of the test followed by a CW message on the same frequency at 10wpm.

There will be an opportunity to receive a QSL from HAARP. The details
are at the above mentioned URL. Please note the CW message must be included
on the report to receive a QSL.
The test happens in two weeks.
