Some useful commands to determine memory use.

$ /usr/sbin/prtconf | grep Mem
Memory size: 512 Megabytes

$ /usr/sbin/swap -l
swapfile dev swaplo blocks free
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s1 136,1 16 2097632 2097632

$ iostat
tty dad0 dad1 md0 md1 cpu
tin tout kps tps serv kps tps serv kps tps serv kps tps serv us sy wt id
0 112 20 2 14 20 2 14 18 1 13 18 1 13 94 1 3 1

I ran these on a Solaris 8 box called tucson.
